Paul is a psychotherapy practicum student currently completing clinical training under supervision at Afterglow Psychotherapy. He is passionate about providing LGBTQ+ affirming as well as culturally competent care to clients. His holistic approach to wellness is informed by an educational background in psychology as well as an employment background in addictions, concurrent disorders, and trauma-informed practices.
Drawing from person-centered and strengths-based approaches, Paul finds great power in narrative therapy and its humanistic tenets. He believes that each and every one of us has a story to tell, and there is great power in the communication and contextualization of these stories.
Paul greatly values balance, communication, and self-care, all of which I find to be areas that people often sacrifice in the name of time, energy, or work. As such, my work becomes helping you come to a place where you are able to begin finding that balance, identifying how to communicate effectively, and value your relationship with your self.
My work is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to explore these facets of their lives and experiences, while also working towards their wellness and goals. In sessions, you can expect to be met with an empathetic, active listening approach, where your story not only matters but informs our therapeutic process. If you’re seeking someone to come alongside you in processing complex thoughts and emotions, please feel free to book a consultation or email us with any questions you may have.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, with an Honours degree in Social Work and Early Childhood Studies from Toronto Metropolitan University. My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and trust.
I take a collaborative, trauma-informed approach that is deeply integrative and tailored to each client’s strengths and needs. I blend somatic practices, polyvagal theory, solution-focused strategies, cognitive behavioral therapy and narrative frameworks. Together, we’ll explore how your nervous system, relational patterns and past experiences shape the present while restoring safety, competency, and self-compassion.
I specialize in supporting survivors of intergenerational and interpersonal trauma and abuse, Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), and those navigating ADHD. I value the role of psychoeducation and advocacy to deepen self-understanding and foster long-term personal and systemic growth.
Outside of my practice, I’m nourished by movement, dance, art, music, and the company of loved ones. My personal experience continues to shape the way I show up with empathy, presence, and respect for the strength it takes to be here.
